We manage the entire onboarding process for every new team member, including employment paperwork, workstation and IT setup, office orientation, and workplace induction. This ensures your team member is ready to contribute from day one, without spending their first week bogged down in administration.

Performance check-ins

Our team conducts regular, structured performance check-ins with your team member. These sessions help us address any issues early, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the placement continues to thrive. You'll receive detailed reporting and are involved only when it's necessary.

Leave & attendance

Leave requests, attendance tracking, and time management are fully managed by our HR team in compliance with Fijian employment law. This means you'll have accurate records without the administrative burden.

Issue resolution

If a challenge were to arise in relation to performance, communication, or conduct, our HR team takes the lead. From initial conversations to formal HR procedures, we manage the process while ensuring compliance with Fijian employment law.

Employment documentation

We maintain and update all employment-related documentation, including contracts, role amendments, entitlement adjustments, and HR records. Everything is accurate, well-structured, and readily available when you need it.
